How to measure
Use a flexible tape, stand naturally and ask someone to help where possible. Record every value in inches.

Take each measurement once, carefully
01Back
Measure from one shoulder bone across the back to the other shoulder bone.
02Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder bone down to the wrist, keeping the arm relaxed.
03Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest and keep it level.
Add 3 inches to the exact body measurement.
04Stomach
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the stomach without pulling it tight.
Add 2 inches to the exact body measurement.
05Top length
Measure from the base of the neck down to the preferred jacket or native top length.
06Biceps / round sleeve
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the upper arm.
Add 1.5 inches to the exact body measurement.
07Neck
Measure around the base of the neck where a shirt collar naturally sits.
08Waist
Wrap the tape around the natural waistline while standing comfortably.
09Thigh
Measure around the fullest part of one thigh.
Add 2 inches to the exact body measurement.
10Trouser length
Measure from the waistline down the outside of the leg to the preferred hem.
11Calf
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the calf.
Add 1 inch to the exact body measurement.
12Ankle
Measure around the ankle at the point where the trouser opening will sit.
13Cap
Wrap the tape around the head where the cap will sit, just above the ears.
